I did this programs about three years ago. I stopped because I took on way too many things at work. However, now I have a "lighter" workload and more time to get back in! My question is -- who here uses this program in combination w/ other things like going swimming or going to the gym? I don't have weights at home but my UNI has a gym w/ a lotttt of equipment. So I've been doing the FB workouts every other day. Is that working out for anyone else? Also, who here would like an accountability buddy?
