The next 4 weeks

I decided to buy the FBblend program because it incorporates a little of everything.

Monday will be my first day because well Sundays Is my biggest work day so I just go for a walk and do some stretching from sitting all day. When you check in? Is it annoying to have members just write a new post and check in everyday? Or What do you guys do for accountability?

I'm super excited! At the end of the month I'm going on vacation and I want to feel great!

Do you guys post before photos? Or your stats?

Anyways looking for motivation and hope I will keep myself motivated to keep at it.
