A Little Thought for Friday...

You’ve heard us say, ‘listen to your body” over and over, but it is something that we should always remind ourselves to do. Always.

  • Listen to your body so that you do not injure yourself.
  • Listen to your body to gauge what you can do safely.
  • Listen to your body to know what your body is capable of doing, and where you may need work.
  • Listen to your body to understand when you’re pushing yourself or when you’re holding back.
  • Listen to your body to get a grasp on what your “maximums” are, so that you can push yourself safely.
  • Listen to your body to push as hard as you can toward the results you want.
