What happens when you do workouts you don´t enjoy...

Hey FB fam,

it´s been a while... too long really!

The past 5 weeks I decided to do an Instagram fitness challenge with another girl. Started really motivated and all cause it was focused on strength training which I love. After 3 weeks I wanted to quit, not because they aren´t effective or challenging but boring! I´ve been dragging on the past two weeks and doing less and less just cause I don´t enjoy doing them at all. I feel like I´m letting my accountability buddy down but if I keep doing these workouts I´ll most likely stop working out all! I miss K+D and I know it´s my own fault cause I wanted to try something new. Well lesson learned! Next week I´ll pick up my last week of FB Sweat and then probably do either FB Blend or Strong and Abs2 alternating weeks. I feel guilty for letting the other girl down but I guess in that case it´s okay to be a little selfish?

Anyways I had to get this off my chest!
