Cut On The Music And Get Movin!

Hey FB family! Hope all is well with you guys. I have a fun way to get my cardio on. I listen to a few of my favorite tunes and get my dance on. The more tunes I listen to, the more I want to dance. In the process, I break a sweat, warm up my body and BURN calories. After this dance cardio, I am READY to work out. Dancing really gets me in the mood to work this body out, even if it is just a little workout. Exercise does the body good. Stick with it my friends. I like to dance and workout to house music.
