HKS Accountability Group August 1

Good morning!

Today I did some re-working to my calendar, as the boyfriend wants to start working out with me. I used to have my optional as Saturday and my rest as Sunday... so now optional is Thursdays and rest is Friday. I guess I didn't scare him after all! I need to buy a weight set for his place. Probably not power blocks, but just something like a 3-5-8 set to keep me going.

So today was optional - I did some lower body stretching for 10 minutes. Tomorrow is rest!
