August goals

The entire month of August is summer holiday. I normally start slacking during the holiday. So my goal this month is to taken time to workout at least 4 times a week. And to give myself some room, a workout can also be a long walk. Long walks will not have a check mark, but a notation.

Very proud of my july calender, holiday started the 22nd, so I'm already doing pretty good.

Also: it would be nice if I can wear the pants in the next picture comfortably by the time the holiday is over...
