Making No Progress... help!

Hi Everyone!

I've been doing FB workouts for a few years now, I mix them up with running and tend to workout between 3-5 times per week however lately I just feel like I am getting nowhere, I can tell my fitness levels have increased but my weight and body shape just stays the same!

Can anyone offer any suggestions on how I can push these workouts further to see some changes? Getting really disheartened and wonder why I'm bothering working out in the first place.
