My July

I coupled my workouts with some power yoga ranging inlengths. I greatly missed my strength workouts. I had a lot of days with little energy this month but I made it!!! My goal for august being that it is my month of my 1 year anniversary will be rotating strength and cardio/HIIT. With some relaxing days while camping. Here's to a new month and a year of workout completes!! Woot woot!!
