HKS Accountability Group July 31

Good morning!

This morning was a standalone workout, so I completed https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/day-3-free-5-day-workout-challenge-for-busy-people-fat-burning-hiit-cardio-and-abs. I'm sure I've done this one before, but I completely forgot it. There's a hilarious bit in the middle between D&K so I absolutely recommend! And it was hard!

After that, I did a dynamic pilates stretching video for 10 mins which was off site, so I won't link it here, but it was a really good stretch to do, post video. I was looking for something a little more static, so I probably won't do that one again, but it was still a great stretch.

It's been a busy few days at work... I'm hoping it calms down a little, especially since I stayed late last night, but I do have a lot of year end things to do sooooo who knows?
