Still Recovering from the weekend!

I had a super busy weekend! Friday I walked a 5k, Saturday walked downtown with my family to the farmer's market, and Sunday we were in the pool all day! Took a rest day yesterday and trying not to let my terrible cramps and back pain derail my workout today. I'm supposed to do fat burning cardio, but that sounds wayyyyy too much for today. I'm thinking a yoga/flexibility/stretching video will be much better. I hate when my cycle gets the best of me!! Always makes me feel so tired and holy moly the cramps!!! Sorry, probably TMI! Anyway, here is my medal from my 5k! It was Harry Potter themed! It was actually 5k and 3/4 to keep with the theme!
