Ankle Weights

Hey Fitness Blenders!

I've been using Fitness Blender on and off for a number of years, and have gotten way more consistent with my working out this year-- I feel so much stronger!

I'm wanting to up the ante a bit with my workouts, and just bought some light ankle weights to add into the mix. I'm feeling like a total newb, but if others are using ankle weights, which types of routines do you use them with? Do you pick and choose which exercises to use them with, or do you tend to strap them on and use them throughout the entire routine?
