Benefit of the bridge when doing prone U/Body exercises

Due to a lower back problem I haven't been able to do bridges when strength training until recently. Having got fitter, stronger and more agile my back problem has now all but gone - my posture has improved so much from when I first started using FB. The main difference I've found between not doing them and doing them has been that they have engaged my lower ab muscles much, much, more to the point they feel like I've started exercising them for the first time ever and ache like mad now - in a good way. If you don't do them, and are able to, I highly recommend them.
