Hello, FB. I've been sick! =D

Despite that, I still started my Monday right with HIRT strength training. Never miss a Monday, ya know.

Of course, I'd get a cold as I was in the middle of a nutrition switch. With my focus switching from gaining muscle mass to cutting fat while maintaining as much of my current strength and muscle as possible, my calories in vs out came into the forefront.

Now, I log calories. I don't have an obsessive tendency and simple logging has been beneficial. Just sucks to be doing it all with a stuffy nose and a constant cold headache. As is my signature way though, nothing stops me. 💪What are some obstacles you've overcome lately? Be they minor annoyances or something more.
