HKS Accountability Group July 29

Good morning!

I have returned after the weekend! On Saturday, we did get a very nice walk in, although, the music festival that was going on hijacked much of our route, so we ended up traversing through random areas of downtown. We ended up with about 12k steps total. I also walked with mum last night, but we did end up making last night's walk a little shorter than normal.

Today, I jumped back into Bored Easily, but only for today... Today was Day 11 (finally, two weeks later), cardio kick boxing and an extra credit low impact cardio (I did both).

Since Day 12 ends the week, I decided to shift it forward to Friday and I'm filling the gaps this week with some standalone. I picked Days 2-4 of the Fitness Blender's Free 5-Day Workout Challenge: For Busy People, but I'm going to tack on some stretching at the end in order to keep improving that range o' motion (cos I've kind of been forgetting to stretch before bed - it isn't a habit yet!).
