I have been trying to break my eating out habit to save money and to be able to eat healthier. I have successfully completed 2 weeks of preparing every meal I have eaten. This includes taking dinner to work 5 nights a week. Well last night we had a pizza dinner provided for us and I ate 2 pieces and chose to not take anymore. It was offered to me several times and old me would have taken a piece or two more and then some for the next day (I love pizza!). This time I was satisfied with the 2 pieces I ate and was able to stop there. Everything in moderation and it doesn't count towards my not eating out goal, it was free!
