Three

Day 9 of FB Blend. A 35 min upper body supersets workout and a 10 min upper body extra credit. Both level 3. Level 3, no problemo, I thought upon seeing my calender.

Reality more like ⏫⏫: 35 min upper body Three Sets per Exercise Supersets should NOT be allowed to be qualified as 'just' a level three. Never ever. It's a Four! Should be, anyway. And so is an added workout of one round combo upper body exercises after half an hour of three superset workouts.

But: I did three sets of chest flies with 18 lbs weights, correct form. I remember starting years ago with 6 lbs and really struggling to complete just one set. So maybe one day, three rounds of supersets feel like a walk in the park too. Or maybe not.
