Shame, Anxiety, and Not Feeling Good Enough

Dear FB family,

I just wanted to start a thread talking about these struggles. While working out (esp. with Fitnessblender) has helped me so so much, I still struggle hard with perfectionism and feelings of guilt/shame when I mess up or don't live up to my internal expectations. This leads to a negative spiral which is good for nobody, and most of the time other people don't even realize the thing that happened was a mistake or "not good enough".

It is a constant battle to keep reminding myself that it is OKAY and that mistakes are how learning happens, that perfect doesn't exist and that trying your best and acting out of love and good intentions is what matters. Any tips on how to be less hard on yourself? It is running me into the ground. So much love to any others dealing with this toxicity
