Week 2 Day 1 - FB Burn Round 1 just about done!

I had too many things to do yesterday to work out so I planned 2 workouts for today (and no, not at the same time...but 3 hours apart). Day 11's Tank Top Arms with Cardio Intervals has been a favourite of mine for some time. And day 12's Squats and Deadlifts Workout is a sure fire torcher! My happy place today was hearing Kelli say:"Workout complete!" 😥 I'm really looking forward to tomorrow's stretching video. 🤗
