(First accountability check-in) Burned 550calories during cardio!

Hello everyone, I thought I would share the workout I completed today because it was a burner! I did my own warm up just freestyling until I felt like my muscles were warm and I was ready for cardio.

I did 10 groups of 2 exercises, 20sec active 10sec rest, 3x through each group of 2. ABAB format.

-Walking Lunge // Knee+Kick

- Hook x2 uppercut x2 // Alternating shoulder press

- Alternating bent over fly // duck+side kick

- Jab, cross, hook // Squat+deadlift combo

- Plank hip dips // Round house kick, jab, cross

(water break)

- jab x2 uppercut x2 // side lunge

- Russian twist // knee, kick, hook x2

- duck, round house kick // across body curl

- Step back+tricep extension // cross x2 jab, hook

- knee x2 jab, cross, jab, cross

Then because apparently that wasn't enough torture for the day I ended with a pilates style burn out. 30sec active, 10sec rest. 1 time per exercise.

- arm circles

- tricep dips

- rear leg lift (30sec for each leg)

- Outside thigh raises (30sec for each leg)

- Inside thigh raise (30sec for each leg)

- bridge hold

- plank

- bird dog

- side plank (30sec for each side)

- back bow hold

- bent over fly pulse

I was dying by the end of it but it was a fantastic way to end the work week!
