Fixing Damage

I had lost about 25 pounds before FB. Had a lot of mental health issues and gained it all back, about 50 pounds back. I was very sad and did't know where to start. I have found FB workouts and lost little bit of weight. Then I went to work away from my home and gained it all back again. Now I'm starting again. I feel like I am on a rollercoaster my whole fitness journey. I tried and tried. These days I am really trying and with low impact it is okay. I found a new way to finish workout I find the day before. I put a workout video on my favorites and the next day when I finish a workout from my favorites I add it to calendar and mark it finished. I think this suits my problems I am dealing with and I find it quite nice.
