Stronger knees

Hi FB friends, what is the best exercise to get rid of this wobbly saggy part just above your knees? Been working out now every other day for a few weeks, mostly full body some days concentrating on lower body other days on upper body. All in all a good mix. Been seeing results everywhere except those ugly knees.. anyone got a hot tip or even THE exercise to get rid of the extra fat? Already looking forward to your answers! Xx
