(Hold me accoutable) 90 days until my vacation!

My husband, daughter, and I will be going on our first family vacation in 3 months! I've been working hard to lose weight in general for the last year and a half. However now I have a goal I can visualize: I want to lose as much weight as healthily possible before we go on vacation.

I more am wanting to use this as a way to be held accountable. So maybe checking in weekly to give updates (honest updates) on how I've been eating, and my consistency with working out.

It can also be place for you guys to be accountable for consistency if you wanted it to be. I just personally feel like I'm more likely to keep at it and not slack on my diet if a lot of people know about it lol!

Anyway I've attached my starting size and weight, then I'll probably update month to month, or maybe bi-weekly as to any changes in my body :)

Starting weight and size: 230lbs size 14/16 (more on the 16 side)

Goal: 5 workouts a week, 1500 calories a day, 40minutes of exercise at least each workout day.

These 3 months are going to fly by I'm sure but I'm ready to kick my own butt! :)
