HKS Accountability Group July 25

Good morning!

Well, regardless of whether my core workout yesterday was frankenstein'd together or not - it was effective! I'm feeling it today!

This morning was tough to get out of bed, I think it was a hangover from the lack of sleep, yesterday. It feels really rough, lol. As such I just freestyled today, and did https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/low-impact-cardio-workout-for-beginners-feel-good-cardio as the main workout and followed up with a stretching cooldown. It was only 15 minutes, but I'm okay with this. I really just wanted to be a bump on a log!

Last night, I started a bedtime stretching routine. It's my goal to increase my flexibility... my hamstrings are soooo tight. Any sort of forward bend only gets me about an inch. Forget touching my feet, I'm lucky if I can reach my knees! I have some of those rubber bands, like the ones you use for leg exercises to help in these beginning stages while I can't reach my feet!
