Making quick progress

I'm down 10 lbs! BUT it's those 10 lbs that fall off too quickly when you start working out again, so I'm being careful to maintain my progress and not lose any ground. May and June were very hard months for me and I gained weight quickly. Started eating healthy and kind of working out in July. Aiming to keep increasing the frequency of my workouts and eating healthy! I've removed a lot of meat from my diet and that is probably helping. I don't want to be a vegetarian, but eating less meat and more veggies is a goal of mine! It's amazing what cutting out fancy coffee shop coffee and eating cleaner can do! I'm excited to see what happens when I add that to more regular workouts!
