Favourite workouts for a rest week?

Just finishing Blend, enjoyed it so much but oh man, I AM SORE. So next week I'd like to taking it down a notch completely, no weights/low impact.

I get overwhelmed on choosing videos by myself because there is just so much choice (not a complaint obviously 😊) so with that said, I'd love to know your absolute favourite videos when you wanna just take it easy!
