All Done!!

Just finished FB30 round 4!!! I loved it. I didn't get burned out doing this alongside some mountain biking, yet I felt like I got enough of a workout in. On days I had extra time, I complemented it with yoga, which felt great on sore muscles.

Does anyone know the difference between the Sweat program and the Blend program? I'm not sure which program to go for next.
