I love it when I'm reading a recipe and I realize I have all or almost all ingredients at home. Happened to me yesterday, so I saved this wonderful recipe. Replaced the onions by a bell pepper, the spinach by sprout-broccoli. The greens on top is fresh cilantro. It tastes SO GOOD. I'm glad I cooked about 5-7 servings, lol. #mealprepOnFleek 😂
Just the black rice is a new thing to me. I used basmati rice. Because I'm a rebel. Kidding, actually I never bought blank rice. Seems interesting. Have a nice weekend!
