Five months ago I was a heavy drinking, fast food loving couch potato. I decided to listen to the advice that my sister has given me my most of my life, and take it for a spin. I stopped drinking completely, started hiking, walking/running, working out, and started the Fitness Blender meal plan. I'm 32 years old, and I don't think I have ever in my life felt better. I'm currently 38 pounds down and still going strong!
