HKS Accountability Group July 23

Good morning!

Just a quick check in today, as it is already pretty busy.

I completed Reach day 2 which was lower body butt and thigh pilates, and one of the 10-minute stretching videos.

After I finished my workout, I jumped right into making my lunch for the day (normally I would rest and start the day's thread, first!) - but today has some penne pasta, so I've been cooking for the last half hour.
