KIND OF DISCOURAGED WITH MY RESULTS

Hey there FB fam! I started doing fitness blender workout 10 months ago. That was when I even started to working out actually. I can't deny that I have come so far. I got more toned and people say I look so much different now.My thighs and arms have toned so good. My strength and endurance improved a lot. But I'm disappointed how my belly looks. I have abs on my upper part of the belly but however I still have a pooch down in the lower belly. I do strength training comparatively more than cardio also. Should I work more to kill those body fat in the pooch?I juz feel so lost :/
