Low Impact Exists??

I am writing this sweating on a chair after upper body workout and some kickboxing. It's funny actually.

I don't know how many of you can relate but doing low impact workouts with health issues (chronic in my case) is just wonderful. Before, when I was able to jump, do HIIT, crazy moves, I didn't feel strong. And it's pretty stupid. You just don't cherish what you have in the moment. First time in MY LIFE working out with these beautiful people I have almost all green checks in my calendar for this month. It never happened before! I just wanted to share this because I know some of you may feel weak when skipping a day or two, or a whole week of workout. I am happy to share this. I am proud to say I am a beginner.
