KICK-A$$ CHALLENGE - Day 1 complete

It's the first one I've earned after a three-month hiatus, so I'm pretty happy :D Also humbled, because my endurance and strength have gone downhill... But I showed up today and that's what counts!

Luckily, there's no lower body HIIT tomorrow, but a nice, doable strength and pilates video - all in all, I think I can make it through ;)

More importantly, thanks for organizing and hosting this challenge, Kim and FB Family: your timing was impeccable and I'm back on track because you're all wonderful people :D
