Took my cue from FTT and hit the trails today! Finished Fletcher Canyon trail near Mt. Charleston in Nevada today! About 4 miles, half of it a consistent incline the day after a booty workout, ouch!! Proud of myself for getting it done and loved the light breeze and cooler temps 😁🔥
