A hearty thank you from me and my kids to the commenter who requested “more” kid workout videos. I had not realized there was a kids workout video from FB. Today, my kids needed to get some energy out and it is ridiculously hot and humid here, so I was glad to know there is a video we can do inside where it is cool! And I agree with the commenter that sparked my interest, more videos with kids and geared to kids would be appreciated.
