Hey all I have been himing and hawing over getting a meal plan next payday to optimized my workout routines. The problem I have is debating if its worth it. I cannot have any milk products and super picky with veggies and I don't like steak and sick of chicken. My hubby had type one diabetes and Crohns disease. Two drastically opposite diets. Yah meals are tough in the Collins house. Would the omnivore plan be worth getting? I'm hoping that a plan would keep me from snacking and having healthier options.
