Reminding myself to keep a good perspective and be grateful.

Today I've been struggling a little bit, and I was just reminding myself to keep a good perspective and be grateful. Everything feels so much better that way.

I paused my first workout video of the day several times. Not necessarily because it was too hard, but more because I just felt so off and not in the mood for anything. But it's okay to have days like that sometimes, I guess. I'm just human.

Also, I've kind of been wanting to have some chocolate. Yesterday was my day this week where I get to eat chocolate, which I did, so I don't get to feel sorry for myself and I'm not punishing myself in never getting to eat what I love. So now I'm reminding myself that if I do end up having some more chocolate today it won't be the end of the world as we know it. It's about being in it for the long run and to get back into it even if you had a day where you didn't do as good as you might have wanted to.
