Suitable workouts for foot pain

I have been doing FB Blend for 2 weeks now, but I have now very painful muscle spasms in my right foot. The doctor said it’s a result of sports(i.e. wrong posture or shoes)as well as walking too much in ballet flats.

Now he said for 2 weeks to not stress my foot so much while I recover, therefore I am looking for recommendations on nice workouts I could still do while letting my foot recover nicely😊

Any hints, trips and tricks are highly appreciated!
