I completed my workout and the extra credit for today. I did Sweat Day 2 and my lower body and my abs are wore out from the workout. I finally got to wear my workout complete outfit with my workout for today. Even Daniel was wore out after he was done with the workout and I could tell.

I am glad to be back home and working out again.
