Finished FB Strong!!

I just finished FB Strong, and I loved it! I was a little overwhelmed at first since the workouts were a little longer/harder than I would usually do, but by week 2 I got used to it. As for results, I definitely feel stronger. This last week, the workouts have felt a lot easier than they did when I started (I probably need to up my weight a bit). I’ve also noticed more awareness of my muscles. Like when I’m walking, I can feel all the different muscles working. Appearance wise, I’ve seen more definition everywhere. As far as measurements go, they were all pretty much the same except my thighs and calves are slightly bigger which is awesome cause my goal was to gain muscle. I’m gonna do the program again starting on Monday, so I’ll post about my results in another month or so!
