Week 3 Low Impact Complete

well kinda.... got one stretching day left tomorrow ;-)

I am feeling so pumped about this because I have never been this consistent with workouts in my life! I love how I feel at the moment, even though it´s sometimes hard to get up in the morning. But the results, even though there´s probably not much visible to someone else, are great. I shed a bit of weight, feel more toned and also increased my strength!

Now I just have to decide what to do next.... thinking one of Burn Rd 1, event though I probably won´t have dumbbells available anymore by the end of it because I´m moving back to Germany. I do have the bodyweight programs but I just really like lifting weights and see how the amount increases over time :D
