FB Bodyweight Upper Body Day 4 -Push Ups?

Hi.. I'm loving my daily workouts on the FB Bodyweight Program. The problem is that I"m very weak when it comes to pushups and I try to really watch my form, but I can't seem to get down very low and I can't seem to squeeze my glutes. It's crazy! Will this improve over time?

I'm so proud that I'm coming straight home and changing into my workout clothes immediately!
