How can you exercise when you're stressed and depressed?

I am going through a lot right now. And after battling with an eating disorder my obsession switched to exercise.

I HAVE to workout to burn 1k calories a day; I choose several of the workouts they have to make it reach 1k or else I'll be VERY anxious.

Lately, I'm completely exhausted, not because of the workouts but because I'm yet going through another hard time.

My body feels tired and my mind is worn out. I haven't exercised in the past 3 days and that's making me anxious. I KNOW I have to exercise today but I feel terrible.

I can't motivate myself to move, which is making me even more anxious and self-conscious.

Any advice on what to do?
