Great Combo!

And ohhh my, my legs are jello! I usually like to add some pilates into my routines, especially after deadlift intensive workouts like this one, because it helps my back feel less tight/sore.

Definitely will be doing this combo again and I know I'm going to be super sore tomorrow, so it will be a perfect upper body day!
