Half-marathon

Hey FB family!

I decided to do a half-marathon this October. I'm running more or less regularly and did a 6 km run yesterday. I choose an exercise plan with 3 to 4 running days per week. I don't have a special time-goal, I just want to finish running not walking ...

I finish FB Strong end of July and wanted to add some strength training to my running plan in August. BUT if I add all the workouts for all bodyparts I consider important it becomes way to much and I will fall of the waggon for sure. So how much extra strength workouts is possible/necessary/recomendable while training for a half-marathon? I think core is pretty important but I don't want to lose my upper body strength I gained from FB Flex and FB Strong ...

Any recomendations? Thanks guys!
