What do you think of this lunch?

Hello there guys, one of the main reasons why I have gained weight over the years is because of snacking, unhealthy snacking foods like chips. Because of my work shifts, snacking can also be the best way for me to eat lunch. So I made this for tomorrow, if has a tuna salad with boiled egg, cottage cheese and some low calorie crackers, and some vege sticks with a tiny but of hummus. I'm not good at this yet so I was wondering your opinion. Is this too much protein? is it too much food? And should I add fruit as well? What do you think?
