Aquablender..... YAY!!!!

Beach full of people?!?! No problem! We just do our workout IN the sea! We had a lot of fun, of course, as well as a good workout. The resistance of the water makes for an extra “weighty” workout!

We warmed up by swimming gently, then followed by running in the water. Some of the exercises we did were: star jumps, tyre run, 180 degree jumps, sideways abs kick, torso rotations, forward/backward scoops, flutter kicks and loads more.

We will certainly do this again!
