Quick check in today, as I spent much of my morning messing about with my calendar - I finally found the workout I want to do on Saturday with the BF (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/total-body-toning-strength-and-hiit-cardio-workout-you-vs-you) - it has a great combo of strength and cardio and it looks like I might die, so I'm stoked. I spent the morning doing some rearranging of my current program and filling in some gaps, but I'm pretty happy with the outcome.
Today's video was BE - Day 9. which was a bodyweight cardio, but there were sooooo many squats! My legs are crying, lol. Apparently this was a community curated workout... y'all are sadists!
