Yesterday I was exhausted and just wanted to take a nap all day. I got my normal 7ish hours of sleep and I was so confused as to why I was so tired. Today I feel normal again and then I realized, Monday and Tuesday I did a morning workout and yesterday I did afternoon.
I feel like that had to be the reason I was so tired. Now I'm going to try and remember that feeling to keep motivating myself to wake up and work out before I go to work :-)
