Got out of my routine :(

I was doing so well, finally got into a routine of working out at least 4 times a week...then in May I got a really bad cold that lasted about 3 weeks!! (I’m thinking there was seasonal allergies on top of my cold) Unfortunately I got out of my routine and got busy with life. I haven’t worked out since. It’s crazy how fast you can change when not working out. I started eating crappy, sleeping too much, having more anxiety, eating out way too much... blah!!! No more! Today I made a healthy supper and did a short yoga routine. Here’s to a fresh start!! What are your favorite FB workout videos that you include in your routine? :)
